Policies

Orders and proofs. Every custom order starts with a quote and a design proof. Nothing is made until you approve the proof in writing (a text or email is fine). Please check spelling, names, and dates carefully, because approved proofs are made as shown.

Payment. Payment due in full before pickup or shipping. For orders over $300, a deposit of 50% is due before production begins. I accept cash, card, or Venmo.

Turnaround. Most orders ship or are ready for pickup within 1-5 days after proof approval. Large or complex orders may take longer, and I'll tell you up front. Holiday deadlines: December 12 for shipped orders, December 19 for local pickup.

Custom items. Because each piece is made just for you, custom orders can't be returned or refunded. If something arrives damaged or isn't made as approved, contact me within 30 days with photos and I'll remake or refund it.

Changes and cancellations. No cancellations or changes may be made after a design has been approved.

Shipping. Orders ship within the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping cost is quoted with your order. Local pickup in Great Falls, MT is free and pickup in Lehi, UT is available monthly and is also free. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is up to them.
